Dear Scott:

In accordance with Bylaws Article 7.11 of SHARE Association, an online election for President, Vice President, Treasurer and two Director-at-Large positions was conducted from 8:00 am Saturday, August 3, 2024 through 4:00 pm Wednesday, August 7, 2024 Central Time. A total of 108 ballots were cast. 

Receiving no petitions by 6:00 pm, Thursday, July 25, 2024, the following officers were declared elected:

 

For President: Art Gutowski, Huntington National Bank

 

For Vice President: Preston Rominger, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts

 

For Secretary: The slated Secretary candidate withdrew after the slate was finalized and published. Pursuant to the bylaws, the SHARE board of directors will fill the vacancy.

 

For Treasurer: Cynthia Overby, Rocket Software

 

                 For Director at Large, the following candidates were declared elected:

• Anthony Anter – BMC Software
• Roselinda Schulman, HP Enterprise

We greatly appreciate the excellent support of the SHARE staff, particularly Joann DeNardis, Alexandria Bianco and Jonah Willsey.
