Scheduling Tools

SHARE in Orlando will feature a variety of solid education presented by users like you as well as members of the IBM product development teams. Below are the various ways you can view the educational program and plan your week in Orlando.

1. Conference Scheduler - This is a Windows-based tool that you download onto your computer and allows you to create your own personal schedule.
   
2. Personal Itinerary - This is a Web-based tool that enables you to plan your own personal curriculum without having to download anything onto your computer.
   
3. Adobe Acrobat Version - Review online or print the technical program in its entirety.
   
4. Online Version - Search the entire technical program via your Web browser

Downloadable Conference Scheduler

This is a Windows-based tool which allows you to create your own personal schedule from the sessions offered during SHARE.

Please note that this version includes new updates/enhancements to the application since the last conference.

  • Up to date through February 28
  • Download this self-extracting zip file to obtain the Conference Scheduler application.
  • Please save the file to a temporary directory on your workstation (or, you can launch it directly from your browser). Then, unzip the file automatically by executing the ".exe" file. The Conference Scheduler will unzip itself and begin the setup process. If you have problems using the Conference Scheduler, please contact SHARE Headquarters.

• Updated Session Info Only
  • Up to date through February 28
  • If you have already downloaded the full agenda, download this self-extracting zip file to obtain the most updated session information. This file is used in conjunction with the Conference Scheduler application.
  • Please save the file to a temporary directory on your workstation (or, you can launch it directly from your browser). Then, unzip the file automatically by executing the ".exe" file. The updated session information file (sessions.db) will unzip itself into the directory of your choice. If you have previously installed this Conference's Conference Scheduler application, simply copy this updated file over the previous version on your system. If you have problems using the Conference Scheduler, please contact SHARE Headquarters.
  • When you next open the Conference Scheduler application, your personal schedule will automatically be updated for you. You will also receive prompts if any of the sessions which you were planning to attend had any "major" changes, such as Cancellations or Room/Time Changes.
