A BOF Session is an informal and interactive forum hosted and moderated by SHARE attendees. BOF's allow SHARE attendees to share their knowledge and experience on a given topic with other interested attendees.
Who can host a BOF?
Registered attendees of SHARE have the opportunity to participate in Birds of a
Feather sessions (BOFs). Your experience and participation are what make these sessions so popular. So, if you have a
topic or issue that you are interested in that may or may not appear in the
conference program, please complete the following form.
BOF sessions are meant to be an interactive discussion and not a single
speaker making a presentation and specifically not vendor product
presentations. Individual presentations that are not discussions,
whether provided by a speaker or a vendor are intended for the regular
conference program. Please get in touch with the project manager in your
topic area. All BOFs must also comply with SHARE's Canons of Conduct.
When will BOF sessions be scheduled?
BOF sessions will be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday at 6:00pm. Room assignments will be provided
upon confirmation. All BOF sessions will be posted on the BOF Bulletin Board and in SHARENews Daily.
