In the dynamic landscape of mobile transactions through the Unified Payments
Interface (UPI), the widespread increase in fraudulent activities poses a
significant threat to financial security. The urgent challenge lies in
developing a robust fraud detection system capable of identifying and preventing
fraudulent transactions in real time for UPI transactions. There is a necessity
for real time scoring of 100% UPI transactions and prevention of fraudulent
activities to minimize financial losses and protect user funds. Such system
should be capable of processing a large volume of transactions efficiently and
effectively. It is also crucial for swift response times to ensure timely
detection and mitigation of suspicious transactions. In this session, we will
demonstrate how AI on IBM Z and LinuxONE empowers Banks and Financial
Institutions to develop an AI Solution to predict UPI Fraud Transactions in
real-time, offering great data security, high throughput and low latency.
