Experience first hand how AI assistants and Agents are coming together to
transform the user experience on IBM Z to increase productivity and speed task
resolution. In this session, you will learn the benefits of using specialized
agents to automate decisions without the need of human prompts or human
oversight. In addition we will demonstrate an example how using a combination of
agents, an IT Operator can investigate performance issues and open incidents in
ServiceNOW to address those issues
