Any Systems Management or Systems Development Framework, Method or Practice (ITIL, CMMI, Six Sigma, Agile and now DevOps) relies on metrics and reporting.    In this session we will review:  • How focusing  on testing measurements and trend reporting on defect elimination can help build consensus in an emerging DevOps culture
