CICS Transaction Server for z/OS provides capabilities for capturing application and system events, which can give insight into the business activities carried out within CICS applications. Simple tooling allows events to be defined into CICS without disruption.
Decision Server Insights (DSI) can use these events to detect detect situations of interest. DSI correlates events and manages the context (state) required to operationalize situation detection patterns.
Combine the 2 capabilities and you have a very powerful tool to better identify new opportunities, respond to market demands and minimize risks (compliance/fraud detection).
