This session covers the changes made to LE COBOL V6 in its internal structure. You no longer have a TGT and BLW cells. The method for finding fields in the dump have changed. In its place you have a new control block structure called Program Prologue Areas that vary from PPA1 to PPA4. In addition, you now have a Static Map that must be used to locate fields in the WORKING-STORAGE (V5) or a WORKING-STORAGE Map (V6). The purpose of this session is to familiarize the CICS programmer and system programmer of the new structure available in the newer versions of LE COBOL.-Gene Hudders-C\Trek Corporation
