In this session, we will discuss what you need in terms of resources, and
capacity planning to deploy Red Hat OpenShift Cluster on z/OS using z/OS
Container Extensions (zCX). zCX for OpenShift product allows you to provision
and deploy Red Hat OpenShift Cluster nodes in z/OS as address spaces and use
z/OS operational controls to manage them. We will walkthrough deploying a
self-contained Red Hat OpenShift Cluster nodes on z/OS using the zCX z/OSMF
provisioning workflow and discuss the life cycle management of OpenShift Cluster
nodes and upgrade capabilities. Learn how to deploy and setup
infrastructure/bastion services quickly and in an automated way for your
OpenShift Cluster running on zCX. Find out what needed in terms of software and
resource requirements to setup up minimum and highly available Cluster with
trial and licensing options and understand the HA/DR integration with z/OS and
operational benefits.
