These tools can enable you to debug more issues on your own and provide better data in case you still need support, reducing service response times. The presentation will give an overview about some of the more advanced tools available in Linux to do a performance related system analysis like blktrace, hyptop, valgrind, ss, perf and so on - allowing you to better analyze, summarize or fix your issues.
