OpenSSH is a suite of network connectivity tools based on the IETF SSH (Secure Shell) protocol. It's a secure alternative to rlogin, telnet, ftp, rsh and rcp. OpenSSH encrypts all network traffic, provides multiple authentication methods, and can be used to secure other TCP/IP-based applications. During this session, the speaker will provide a brief introduction to OpenSSH before diving into a detailed discussion of the new V1R2 release of IBM Ported Tools for z/OS: OpenSSH.
