IMS has been around for more than 50 years already. After half a century, is there some way to make our lives with IMSmore attractive? This is the question we will try to answer. This presentation will be more
of a showcase of how to use modern tools with IMS. We will examine different use cases with the help of tools like Zowe,Visual Studio Code and Ansible. Using these tools, we will try to perform daily routine tasks without touching a 'GREENSCREEN', in the same way as other 'modern' database systems. Is this even possible? Come and see!
