In this exercise you will perform the necessary definitions in a System Automation's policy to make a new application highly available. You will then build automation configuration files and test your policy definitions.

At the end of the lab; you should be able to use the System Automation for z/OS Customization Dialog to: • Define an Application Class
• Define an Application; link it to the Application Class and an Application Group.
• Run the build process; generate the configuration files for the System Automation for z/OS Automation Manager and Automation Agent.
• Load and test your policy definitions
