zPCR is a powerful tool that should be used in capacity planning. It has been available for customers since 2005, but too few seem to realize all the benefits it can provide. Customers can take advantage of it not only in capacity planning but each time they decide to make changes in their LPAR configurations or to see effect of adding processors or offloading work to processors like zIIP engines. The speaker is a performance specialist in Garanti Technology (the IT company of Garanti Bank); she will share her experiences about how she gets benefit from using zPCR before making any LPAR configuration changes and as she does capacity planning.  She will talk about  basics of zPCR and her study results on several projects like increasing LPAR numbers, making changes in LPAR configuration and capacity planning.
