The CICS developers have been busy incorporating additional security features in the most recent releases of CICS. These include additional capabilities for authentication via security tokens such as OpenID, OAuth, and JWT in the Liberty JVM server in CICS as well as PassTickets and Kerberos. CICS now implements more security checks to control access to the the JES SPOOL and use of the CICS programming API commands. You'll want to attend this session to find out what new security functions CICS can offer.-Leigh Compton-IBM Corporation
