Registration Categories
*Exhibitor: The exhibit hall-only registration does not include access to the general sessions or technical sessions.
Government Employee: Current and furloughed federal, state, or local government employees are eligible for the government rate. Government IDs will be required at badge pick-up.
Full-Conference Passes: Registrations include full access to the SHARE event including general sessions, technical sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and SHARE hosted receptions, and all session proceedings and select recordings.
Speaker/Volunteer: Discounted registration options are available to individuals who are speaking or are in a volunteer position with SHARE.
**Group Rate: Groups of 3 or more employees from the same employer are elegible for the group rate. Reach out to registration for discount code.
***Student: Full-time students are eligible to register at no cost. Students must provide a copy of their current class schedule showing 12 or more credit hours and a valid student ID card. Student membership is required for the waived fee. Click here to begin your free membership with proof of student status.
+One-Day: One day only or full conference only. There is not a multi-day option.
++Guest: Guest pass purchases are only available as an add-on to a registration and are for spouses, significant others, or partners. Guest passes are eligible for the following events during the SHARE event (when available and subject to change):
- Opening reception
- STE reception(s)
- Closing/happy hour reception
- Broadcom lunch
- Guest passes will receive three (3) $25 breakfast vouchers (no cash value for remaining balance, may not be transferred, may not be combined and only applicable for breakfast

Policies and Additional Information
Payment Information: Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of your registration. Payment must be received before a badge can be issued.
Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations must be made in writing via email. Should you need to cancel your event registration, you may choose one of the following options:
- Receive a refund minus a $200 (USD) administration fee if your cancellation is received on or before Jan. 8, 2026. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the SHARE event concludes. Guest registration or onsite event registration is non-refundable. No refunds will be given after Jan. 8, 2025.
- Substitute an alternate participant at no additional charge. Arrangements for substitution must be made with SHARE Association no later than Feb. 18, 2026.
Confirmations: Confirmations will be sent via email upon receipt of registration form and payment.
Proceedings Download: All attendees will have access to the event proceedings, including the full download, following the event.
Photography: By participating at the SHARE event you acknowledge that your name and appearance in event photography may be used by SHARE in advertising and promotional materials. Participants shall receive no compensation for their appearance in any materials.
