Preparing for SHARE Orlando

Speaker Checklist

  • Complete SHARE Orlando Speaker Agreement by January 26
  • Register for SHARE Orlando
  • Attend the SHARE Speaker Orientation webinar on February 21 at 1:00 pm CT
  • Upload your session material(s)

 

Complete your Speaker Agreement

All speakers are required to complete the SHARE Speaker Agreement by January 26, 2024. Only one (1) agreement is required per speaker. If you agree to present at SHARE Orlando and then your availability changes later, please email the education team at speakers@share.org. 

 

Register for SHARE Orlando

All speakers are required to register for the event and are provided a discount on registration. To view the speaker rates and register for the event, please visit the SHARE Orlando Registration page.

 

Attend the SHARE Speaker Orientation Webinar

Join the SHARE Director of Conference Operations and Education staff for information to help you prepare for your session and experience on-site. The Speaker Orientation Webinar will take place on February 21 at 1:00 pm CT. Register now. 

 

SHARE Session Materials

All SHARE speakers are highly encouraged to upload a PDF copy of your slide deck and/or supplemental session handouts to enhance the attendee learning experience.

  • SHARE PowerPoint template to create your slide deck
  • Name your slide deck file with your session ID, underscore, then the Title with no spaces (ex: 23405_SHAREOrlandoSpeakersExample)
  • All materials must be uploaded by February 29, 2024 to be available to attendees during SHARE Orlando

Upload Your Session Materials

  1. Log in to the SHARE Orlando Speaker Platform
  2. Go to your 'Speaker Home' page from the left-hand navigation
  3. Click the 'Edit' button for your session
  4. On the session page, click the 'Manage Session' button to the right of the title
  5. In the pop-up window, click 'Edit Session and the 'Add Attachment'
  6. Upload your presentation slide deck (PDF format) and click 'Update'

 

Promote Your Session(s)

We have created a variety of resources to help you promote your participation at SHARE Orlando. Download the Speaker Marketing Kit for resources and templates to help you spread the word and encourage others to attend your session! 

 

Session Change Request

The change request form is now closed. For any urgent changes to the speaker(s) or details of a session please email speakers@share.org with a high importance.
