SHARE Fort Worth offers a range of flexible registration options to meet your needs. Choose the registration category that best fits your schedule and budget, then register before time runs out! Registration Categories

Full Event – Individual

Member: Individual registrations include full access to the SHARE event, starting with the first reception on Sunday evening and ending Friday afternoon.

Non-Member: Individual registrations include full access to the SHARE event, starting with the first reception on Sunday evening and ending Friday afternoon. Non-member registration also includes a SHARE corporate membership.

Speaker: Registrations are available to individuals who are speaking and wish to attend the remainder of the week. This option includes full access to the SHARE event, starting with the first reception on Sunday evening and ending Friday afternoon. SHARE volunteers who are speaking must complete CON-2 for the year of the event to receive their speaker rate.

Volunteer: SHARE volunteers are eligible to register at the volunteer rate once they have completed CON-2 for the year of the event.

Faculty: Academic faculty are eligible to register for as low as $1,090 for the week or $410 for a one-day pass. Academic faculty must submit a copy of a valid faculty ID. 

Student: Full-time students are eligible to register for as low as $410 for the week or $135 for a one-day pass. Students must fax or scan a copy of their current class schedule showing 12 or more credit hours and a valid student ID card.

Full Event – Group*

Passport to Education: This bundle of five, full-event Member individual registrations is good for two years from the date of purchase, and can be used for all events brought to you by SHARE. This program is non-refundable. To purchase Passport to Education, please visit the SHARE online store or contact SHARE Association at 888-574-2735 for details.

Company Badges: Company badges may be purchased by a Member company that wishes to send multiple staff members from the same organization to attend sessions throughout the week. This badge type includes full access to the SHARE event. Only one individual may use the badge at a time. Specific pick-up/drop-off instructions for the company badge should be arranged among your group prior to arrival. Event add-ons are not included.

Single-Day – Individual

One-Day Badges: This option is available to both members and non-members. These badges are non-refundable and cannot be purchased for more than two days of attendance at the SHARE event.

Event Add-ons

Guest Passes:  The $135 Guest Badge may be purchased by guests of full-week attendees only. Guests must be 21 or over to attend the evening receptions. More details coming soon!

Partners

Exhibit Booth Staff Only: As a partner, companies receive (3) complimentary partner badges per 10’x10’ booth space. Attendees with Exhibit Booth Staff Only badges will not be able to attend Technical Sessions. This registration type is only applicable to registered partners.

Additional Booth Staff Passes: Additional booth staff only passes can be purchased for $375 each. Attendees with Exhibit Booth Staff Only badges will not be able to attend Technical Sessions. This registration type is only applicable to registered partners.

Partner – Full Conference Upgrade: As a partner, companies receive (1) upgrade to a full a conference badge at a discounted rate of $1,495 per 10’ x 10’ booth space. This registration type is only applicable to registered partners. Additional Full Conference passes can be purchased at the standard attendee rate.

*All full-event attendees receive a complimentary proceedings download as part of their registration.

 


Policies and Additional Information

Registration Deadlines: In order to qualify for early registration rates, registration forms and payment must arrive at SHARE Headquarters or be postmarked on or before January 10, 2020. Advance registration (mailed or faxed forms) ends January 10, 2020. Forms received after January 10, 2020 will not be processed and attendees will be required to register online or on-site. On-site registration fees are those fees reflected as the regular rate and will be available for all registration types. Replacement badges will be issued for a fee per badge and are non-refundable.

Payment Information: There are no pre-registered / non-paid registrations. Please do not mail forms and payment separately. Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of your registration. A single check may be used for more than one registrant; however, all forms MUST be included with the check. Payment must be received before a badge can be issued.

Cancellation Policies: All registration cancellations must be made in writing via mail, fax or email. Should you need to cancel your event registration, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a refund minus a $200 (USD) administration fee if your cancellation is received or postmarked on or before January 10, 2020. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the SHARE event concludes. Guest registration or onsite event registration is non-refundable.  
  • Transfer your registration to SHARE's 2020 Winter event at no additional charge. All requests for transfer must be received no later than January 10, 2020.
  • Substitute an alternate participant at no additional charge. Arrangements for substitution must be made with SHARE Association no later than February 23, 2020.

Guest registration or on-site event registration is non-refundable.

Confirmations: Confirmations will be sent via email upon receipt of registration form and payment.

By participating at the SHARE event you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, or audiotaped in connection with SHARE activities. By submitting this registration form, you agree that SHARE is the sole owner of all rights in and to the resulting photographs, video footage, and recordings, for all purposes relating to SHARE’s business. Your name and likeness may be used by SHARE in advertising and promotional materials. Participants shall receive no compensation for their appearance in any materials.

Proceedings Download: All full-event attendees receive a complimentary proceedings download as part of their registration.
