Being the new system programmer in the team can be intimidating. How can one get up to speed of years of Mainframe knowledge and skills in the least amount of time as possible?
There are several methods that each experienced system programmer uses to be successful at their job role, many of these methods can help you become an experienced system programmer sooner.
