Through collaboration with customers and the mutual sharing of experience, the GDPS Design Council (DC, established in 2003) identifies the technical requirements for enhanced functionality and solution vitality that will ensure the continued acceptance of GDPS in the marketplace. This joint presentation is an example of how IBM/client synergistic collaboration can bring results both for you and the overall GDPS community. Facing regulatory and operational challenges specific to their situation, Wells Fargo elected to implement the GDPS Metro Global - XRC solution on their infrastructure.
The IBM Design Thinking approach was leveraged to design, test and deliver as efficiently as possible the solution requirements in an AGILE fashion resulting in several Proof of Concept (PoC) iterations.
This presentation is a joint IBM/client session where the benefit of the MzGM 4-site solution for the client business as well as the tight knit collaboration with IBM Labs is highlighted.-Dan Perkin-Wells Fargo; Nadim Shehab-IBM
