Mainframe has always been at the forefront of replication so there's no surprise Linux on System z is also being replicated. With hundreds of Linux virtual machines now running under z/VM and critical to the business many questions arise. Should this be treated as an open systems or mainframe environment? How can I minimize changes to Linux when using clones or remote copies? This session will examine how to make changes in Red Hat to use replicated copies along with other Red Hat best practices.
