Do you feel like your system is a bucket of nuts and bolts just waiting for someone to kick it over, sending problems rolling across the floor?  Have you ever noticed that applying preventative maintenance to a stable system sometimes makes it unstable?  Do strange things ever happen to your CICS, and you haven't changed a thing?  Do your applications sometimes get you down?  Do you believe in gremlins?  Many of the problems which are waiting to greet you have been seen by your fellow SHARE attendees.  At this session we will discuss how those problems can be eliminated or their impact reduced.  Come and SHARE your story (and solution) with others.  If CICS outages mean lost dollars to your company, then this could be a session that justifies the cost of sending you to SHARE.  Come join the fun, eliminate some problems, and help others do the same.
