Coupling Facility Nondisruptive Dump

IBM has added functionality to the CF to allow for dumps of the CF without having to terminate the CF.  The CF nondisruptive dump enables IBM support to obtain CF documentation to pursue root cause of problems without a CF failure.  The speaker will discuss the need for the function.  How the nondisruptive dumping works.  The experience to date of collecting the nondisruptive dumps.  Finally, examples of problem situations which have been resolved as a direct result of using the nondisruptive functionality!
