CSI in this case is not a TV show, but rather the Catalog Search Interface, a clearly defined, programming interface that is used to retrieve catalog information about your data sets. It is a flexible, powerful interface that can be invoked by REXX and other programming languages. This capability allows an installation to extend their ability to programmatically get and process information about cataloged data sets. In this session, the speaker will present an in-depth technical discussion of the options and capabilities available with examples. The presentation has been updated to include the latest product enhancements available.
