DB2 for z/OS Data Sharing has been generally available for almost 20 years. Many IBM customers rely on DB2 Data Sharing for their production systems to provide continuous availability; flexible scalability; and workload balancing to their critical applications. Even now; some are embracing DB2 Data Sharing for the first time. Those new to data sharing; and some with years of data sharing experience; may need guidance with their implementation choices or have questions about DB2 Data Sharing.
