Unlimited-type agreements are more and more prevalent with all major vendors. Terms such as ULA, IULA, UEL, among others, seem to be hot buttons with contract negotiators. Regardless of platform, clients are flocking to, and vendors are selling, unlimited licenses. But what does that really mean? How are the benefits measured? Where are the pitfalls? Who wins, who loses and how do we know the difference?
