I Just Bought an IBM z890 - Now What?

It seems the whole mainframe industry is lamenting the lack of younger professionals who are interested in pursuing a career with mainframes. The speaker; Connor Krukosky; might well be an extreme counter example to that.
Connor is an 18 year old college student who recently acquired an IBM z890 machine from an online auction; and is now busily getting it up and running. His talk will cover a variety of topics including: • How he become aware of mainframes in the first place
• What got him interested in learning more about them
• Where he found information about them
• His experiences to date getting the z890 in place and fired up
