Kanban was originally developed in the 1940's to improve the manufacturing efficiency of building cars at Toyota. What does Kanban have to do with software development and delivery? A lot! This session will provide an overview of Kanban and how the DevOps movement has been leveraging Kanban to improve project efficiency and transparency. We’ll go over several examples of how utilizing a Kanban board can enable you to achieve flexibility in planning, minimize cycle times and increase visibility for software and operational processes like software delivery.-Mark Levy-Serena International
