ICF catalogs are an integral part of the z/OS operating system.  Without them, data cannot be accessed.  A catalog failure can impact application availability, but scheduled maintenance can be just as disruptive.  In this session, the speaker will explore catalog management activities that can increase catalog availability using IBM Tivoli Advanced Catalog Management for z/OS.
