As Cloud and Mobile have become the current driving forces behind the rapidly changing IT industry, businesses are looking for ways to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and make performance gains in their IT infrastructure. SQL PL (SQL Programming Language) support is one of the most exciting technologies implemented for DB2 z/OS and it has been widely adopted by customers as it brings ease of development, potential performance savings and available administrative capabilities. This session will present core infrastructure on SQL PL and examples on how to implement, execute, and manage SQL PL objects in modern applications.-Meg Bernal-IBM Corporation; Jae Lee-IBM
