Whether you are beginning that long journey to success as a z/OS performance analyst or you are just looking for a refresher on WLM, you are welcome here! Glenn Anderson, who has taught WLM classes for IBM since day 1, will serve as your tour guide through the sometimes tricky and confusing world of WLM goals, service classes, classification, enclaves and more. Workload examples such as DB2, WebSphere Application Server and CICS along with old standbys like started tasks, TSO and batch will all be examined. The session will also include a look at the RMF Workload Activity Report.
