Based on actual customer experience, this session describes how to implement Db2 System Profile Monitoring to optimize and manage access by applications or clients using DRDA to interact with Db2 data. What is Db2 System Profile Monitoring? Introduced in Db2 9 for z/OS and extended in Db2 10, Db2 11 and Db2 12 for z/OS, System Profile Monitoring provides a variety of exciting capabilities: ZPARMs at a more granular level than the subsystem, modeling production in test, and managing application specific behavior - all available via online changes!
