The number of remote application servers accessing Db2 for z/OS are ever
increasing, and distributed workloads are one of the fastest growing workloads
on Db2. This increase in demand places challenges on system administrators when
it comes to managing these distributed applications, and protecting Db2
resources, connections, and threads.
In this presentation, we will discuss how the Distributed Connection Control
feature of Db2zAI can be utilized to provide key insights into distributed
workloads and protect critical applications from outages due to overconsumption
of connections or threads
