Very often MQ is given the blame for something that goes wrong in the business transaction. It might be "lost" messages or a performance issue. Or just a "something isn't working" cry. This session will present various tools and techniques across the MQ platforms, Distributed and z/OS, for investigating what has happened in MQ. We will help you find where those messages might really be, or what the true bottleneck is, or why work is not progressing. All of this should help an MQ administrator reduce a key metric: the Mean Time to Innocence.
