In this roundtable discussion, we will explain how IBM is mapping the user experience of mainframe roles to personas to drive simplification efforts. We would like to hear from you about how roles have changed and apply them to personas representing the users of zEnterprise and hybrid environments. We will build on the existing personas to include roles and tasks for System z software, hardware, storage, and I/O.
