Many customers are finding their committed growth is not adequate and are looking for ways to save. There are typically many ways to reduce, as for over a decade we ignored ugly workloads or just moved outside of impacting the 4HRA for MLC billing. Even capping which IBM says is not required can help. Now that every MSU counts again we need to rethink where savings can come from.
