TLSv1.3 support has been available on z/OS since V2R4, but its heavy reliance on newer, unoptimized cryptographic algorithms left plenty of room for performance improvement. Well, z/OS V2R5 delivers many of those improvements, especially when running on z15 hardware. Come to this session to learn how IBM Z cryptographic features can make TLSv1.3 performance competitive with TLSv1.2, and how they can accelerate those TLSv1.2 ECDHE-based cipher suites that your auditors have been asking for.
