What Is a Privileged User?

What really is a Privileged Users and how do we define them? This roundtable discussion / presentation will be about what categorizes a user as that ever enigmatic privileged user, but not just from the perspective of the ESM, but also from system Z, DB2, CICS,USS, etc. In this session the presenters will define privilege based on the end user activities, access and capabilities. This will be a joint session with Julie Bergh, Brian Marshall, Mark Wilson and John Pinkowski who each offer their own perspective.
