Being aware of performance problems before they become real issues, and getting maximum benefits from resources is important. Although you dont have complex monitoring tools, if you know which data and how to use the data and which fields to check, you can create your own Performance Healthchecker Process. In this User Experience session, the speaker will talk about how she uses and automates performance managent processes using SMF records and RMF Monitor III data; which can be obtained through HTTP requests, and saved in SQL server. This session will be a continuation to sessions at SHARE in Boston and Anaheim. It will contain recent or more powerful processes on how to automate performance managent.
