Come to this session to see debugging techniques used by the CICS L2 team. In this session we will walk through a real example of debugging a hung CICS region and diagnosing a Short on Storage problem. Come see some of the common problems that arrive into the L2 Support Center and learn the methods used for diagnosis. We will be using IPCS as the problem determination tool.
