Learn from two new hires of IBM Systems, Edrian and Luisa, how IBM is currently training their new hires and introducing them to the world of mainframes. They will walk through IBM's 3 stage formal education process, mentoring programs, monthly new hire activities and events, as well as their personal experience. Featuring behemoth laptops, green screens, refrigerator sized super computers and a few wild ducks.
