BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee knew that to securely store critical data for record keeping and disaster recovery, it needed to improve its method of managing data from online application storage to offline, permanent archive media. In this session, the speaker will discuss how DASD Backup Supervisor, Tape/Copy, and CopyExport Manager from Rocket Software helped BCBS TN to streamline and automate its backup and disaster recovery processes, migrate from old to new tape media, and automate the IBM TS7740 Copy/Export process.-Robbie Rhodes-Blue Cross Blue Shield Tennessee
