Dynamic Resource Definition allows dynamic management of IMS resources without the limitations associated with MODBLKS sysgen or online change. Over the last couple of years, you've likely attended overview, implementation and "how-to" DRD sessions, but now it's time to explore DRD from a different perspective. This session will discuss how to avoid some common "oops!" scenarios, and give hints and tips on how to best maximize DRD to meet your business needs. It will also cover best practices and even delve into some example migration scenarios and demonstrate how to circumvent issues that could potentially arise when migrating to DRD. While we'll cover a brief overview for our novice users, this session will also be helpful for established DRD users. Diane Goff IBM Corporation
