KVM for z Systems and Linux ONE will play a significant role in the delivery of future hypervisor capabilities for IBM z Systems and LinuxONE. KVM for z, along with the industry-leading capabilities of z/VM, will give Linux users even more flexibility in leveraging the strengths of IBM z Systems to host large-scale, enterprise-class, virtual server solutions. KVM for z offers value for new customers looking to take their KVM skills and ecosystem to a whole new level of business value on IBM z Systems and LinuxONE platforms.

In this session, the speaker will explain the positioning of KVM for z Systems and LinuxONE environments. A new strategy regarding the delivery of KVM for z Systems and LinuxONE will be discussed.
