As the Enterprise moves to adopt the DevOps philosophy everyone is looking to do more with less through the use of increased automation and pre-defined deployment patterns as well as starting to consider scaling of certain workloads into the cloud.
IT departments within enterprises are looking into how they can provide message and integration as a service to users through the enterprise.
This session takes a look at the different cloud deployment models and what they really mean and how you can take advantage of them without even using the cloud. It will take an in-depth look at the latest developments in this area coming out of the MQ and IBM Integration Bus development teams. Including, but not limited to (because updates and enhancements are being announced monthly):
MQ and IIB on Pure Systems
MQ and IIB deployment in Docker Containers
MQ and IIB with Urban Code Deploy and Chef
Deployment Patterns
MQ and IIB as a service architectures and best practices
+ more
All setting the basis for later sessions on self service provisioning of MQ on z/OS and hybrid messaging and integration.-Rob Convery-IBM Corporation; Thomas Leend-IBM UK Laboratories Limited
