IBM has listened to customer feedback and has made changes to the IBM Support Assistant (ISA) to make it a simplified, multi-user problem determination platform with a variety of analysis capabilities and tooling. We're looking ahead for "what's next" to make you more effective at troubleshooting and spend less time when problems occur. We're interested in gathering information about your pain points and how ISA and tooling can address those needs. We'll share our vision with you for where Support Assistant is going, discuss some new feature ideas and ask for input to help us change it to fit your needs. The IBM Support Assistant is a problem determination workbench which provides automated analysis, problem determination tools, and problem solving guidance.-Michael Stephen-IBM Corporation
