With HCR77A1, ICSF ( Integrated Cryptographic Service Facility) supported the ability to track cryptographic key usage within a KDS record. With HCR77B0, ICSF added callable services to read/ write metadata and list KDS records. ICSF can also enforce key archiving and validity dates.
