This award winning session is back! Jason Shewbert from UPS and Keith Sisson from Compuware will share an overview of RECEIVE ORDER, and the steps necessary to set it up. RO is an SMP/E mechanism that is now available to retrieve service from IBM, CA, and Compuware. Other vendors may implement RECEIVE ORDER soon as it becomes the standard means of obtaining service for mainframe products. 
Keith’s team built the Compuware RECEIVE ORDER server and he’ll share some interesting anecdotes learned from the process.  Jason is an early adopter of RECEIVE ORDER will share lessons learned setting up and using RECEIVE ORDER for IBM and vendors.-Keith Sisson-Compuware; Jason Shewbert-UPS
