Whether officially or informally, a mentor/mentee relationship is one of the most important tools you have available to you in developing professionally. Yet, many feel confused about exactly how they're supposed to use or even seek out a mentor. Mentors or potential mentors may also be confused about how to best provide guidance to you. Can a mentee mentor their mentor?

In this session, we will discuss how a mentor differs from a coach, how to make sure you're working with the right people, and how to manage your relationships as you evolve as a professional.
