This session will identify what auditors will likely look for, how they will conduct their review and how your organization’s existing (and/or needed) controls can be structured to be responsive to the auditors. Every organization using mainframes is conducting important activities that routinely attract audit attention. Come to this session, given by an experienced mainframe auditor, to learn how to position what you already do (or should be doing) to be responsive to auditors and reduce the efforts frequently required to “prepare for audits. The thesis of this presentation is always be prepared for an audit, just do business so auditors can come and go without creating much of a disruption to your normal activities.-David Hayes-US Government Accountability Office
